The final registration deadline is April 26, 2024. At that time we will close registration to begin finalizing plans for the meet.

Basic Meet Information:

Meet Description:

  • The NCSAA Track and Field Championships offers a high-value competitive and team-building experience -- in a Christ-centered environment -- for your high school and junior-high track and field teams.  Highly organized and hosted an excellent facilities, the event provides the excitement of participating in a major track and field event for teams of all sizes and competitive levels.
  • Age Eligibility: A student-athlete shall be ineligible for participation upon attaining the age of nineteen years, with the following exception: if the age of 19 is attained on or after July 1, the student-athlete shall be eligible, age-wise, to compete through that school year.
  • This meet employs FAT timing, which provides very accurate timing and a very organized, timely meet.  We are very excited to offer this for all of your teams!
  • We will also have a high-quality livestream of all of the meet running events (and some field events).  This will be accessible at no cost to anyone who would like to view it.
  • The meet provides track officials at the finish line (starter and head timer), as well as at each individual field event.  This minimizes the need for school volunteers, as well as provides great consistency in field events being contested correctly.

Meet Format:

  • This tournament is open to Christian and private schools from any region of the country.
  • Homeschool teams and athletes are also welcome to participate.
  • Boys and girls in grades 9-12 are eligible to compete in the High School Division, and boys and girls in grades 5-8 are eligible to compete in the Junior-High Division.
  • Boys' and girls' teams will be scored separately -- in four divisions (Senior High Boys, Senior High Girls, Junior High Boys, Junior High Girls).  Groupings for large schools and small schools will also exist for the purpose of overall team awards.
  • CLICK HERE for a copy of our typical Order of Events, to know which events will be contested at what times.  This year's order of events will be very similar.

Closing Ceremony and Awards:

  • Awards will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
  • Most Outstanding Athlete awards (highest-scoring athlete in each division) will be announced and presented at the closing ceremony, and individual ribbons will also be awarded to the top six finishers in each event.
  • Though large schools and small schools will compete in the same events (and individual scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for the top eight places), overall team awards will be presented in both large-school and small-school groupings.

Christ-Centered Environment and Team-Building Opportunities:

  • This meet is held in a distinctly Christ-centered environment -- from the setting on a Christian college campus, to the Opening Prayer at the start of the meet, to the spirit of mutual encouragement and healthy competition typically displayed at this event, to the unified time of team fellowship and prayer at the closing ceremony.  This NCSAA track meet is distinctive in its goal of being more than just an athletic event; we desire that your athletes experience the joy of Christ-centered competition and respond to the challenge of using their gifts in such a way to honor Christ during their time at the meet!

Beneficial Exposure for Your Athletes:

  • This year's meet results are published to the attention of college coaches nationwide, and we will have a livestream of all of the meet running events (and some field events).  These measures present your athletes with an opportunity to be seen by college coaches, scouts, and recruiters.

$100 for NCSAA full member schools
$150 for non-member schools

One athlete, separate from any team - $50

Become A Member!

Please note that high school and junior-high teams are considered separate teams.  You must pay the appropriate team registration fees for each of your teams that attends.

Your registration fee is non-refundable, except in the event of the cancellation of the tournament.

All teams are expected to pay their full registration fees by the registration deadline date.  Any exceptions to this rule must be discussed with and approved by NCSAA.  If you have any questions regarding this procedure (or if you are already late with your payment), please contact us ASAP.

Individual Athlete Fee:

$5 per athlete (NCSAA full member schools), $10 per athlete (non-member schools)

The individual athlete fee covers and provides access to:

  • Meet Fees -- Provision of all meet activities and services to the athlete.  Our costs in putting on this meet exceed the total amount of entry fees collected, so the athlete fees help to pay the costs of this event.
  • Free Admission -- We encourage parents and families to come out to see their teams compete, and the athlete fees allow us to offer free admission to the meet.  We are happy to be able to make attendance affordable for your families!

Individual athlete fees are due about two weeks in advance of the meet (we'll contact you about that deadline).  Most schools have their athletes contribute to cover this fee.  If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact us ASAP.

Withdrawals:

We understand that occasionally there may be reason for a team to withdraw from the meet, after having already registered. If any team must withdraw after already registering for the meet, that team still will be expected to honor its commitment to pay the full team registration fees. NCSAA must budget based on the number of registered teams, and all fees for all registered spots are critical in order to plan for and conduct a successful meet. Thanks for your understanding of this!
