2026 NCSAA Servant-Leadership Awards

May 21, 2026Each year NCSAA recognizes senior athletes from our member schools as exemplary athletic leaders who poured their hearts into their communities this year. Each member school is eligible to select one senior athlete from their school to receive this award. These are athletes who exemplified leadership by serving their teammates and opponents, displaying Christlike character in their competition, and interacting with others with a deep commitment to building them up.
"Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:43-45)
