NCSAA Individual Athlete Fee Payments

Provided below are instructions for paying the Individual Athlete Fees for any NCSAA tournament. If you have any questions or problems, please call NCSAA at 724-846-2764.

MAKING YOUR PAYMENT:

1) You can mail your payment (via school check, money order, or cashiers check -- made payable to NCSAA) to:

If you choose to send your payment by US Mail, please send it early enough that it will arrive at least one week before the event.  Thanks!

2) You can pay online via credit card, through the PayPal service.  There is no cost to use this service., and you do not need to have a PayPal account  To make a PayPal payment, fill in the name of the school and click the appropriate button below.  Please DO NOT have your players' families submit each of their payments separately.  This makes tracking your payments very difficult, on our end.  Instead, please collect your players' athlete fees, then submit ONE combined payment below.

Individual Athlete Fees:

NCSAA Track and Field Championships:
     NCSAA Full Member Schools - $5 per athlete
     NCSAA Non-Member Schools - $10 per athlete

Any Other NCSAA Tournament:
     $25 per athlete
